Professor Yusaf Akbar’s article on the leading news portal of Hungary,

The collaborative economy, commonly termed the Sharing Economy, is allowing society to reconsider almost everything we do. In the era of late capitalism, it's redefining consumption, production, finance and learning. Fundamentally, it achieves this by moving human activity from being based around ownership towards one based on access. Yusaf Akbar, Associate Professor of Management and International Business at CEU Business School, shared his views in an opinion piece on how sharing economy services like Airbnb or Uber will change our lives.

“I decided to go to business school to refresh my academic knowledge and to refocus my career. I am extremely grateful for my CEU experience. I got to know many terrific people from all over the world and significantly improved my business skills. At the end of the program, CEU helped me secure an exchange opportunity at the NYU Stern School of Business in New York City, providing even deeper professional knowledge in the world’s business and financial center.”

  • "I have been recently nominated as the Regional IT Manager for West Africa at Unilever. My CEU Business School education has been a key differentiator during an otherwise very competitive recruitment process. I would like to thank all my great peers of the 2013-14 cohort and the wonderful faculty at the B-School for the valuable learning experience I had during my time in BP."
