How prepared are you to react to today’s growing risks?

Corruption, Fines, a Dawn Raid, Competition Risks Whistleblowers, and Cross Border Investigations

Leading corporate intelligence company CNS Risk, in partnership with the CEU Business School’s Center for Integrity in Business and Government (CIBG), the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) and Horváth & Partners DLA Piper, is calling together prominent business leaders for an interactive workshop on risk and response.

  • Interaction with peers & experts on managing whistleblowers or allegations of misconduct.
  • Learn how corporate intelligence is employed as a preventative measure and how it should be a third pillar of any due diligence exercise.
  • Consider  how cultural differences across companies can render a compliance system useless.

This event is the second in the CIBG’s new series of integrity workshops, bringing together high-level business leaders and international experts to discuss contemporary issues. The session will cover integrity challenges, deal with the implications of FCPA and related legislation, and consider what tools companies have in their arsenals.

The workshop will be hosted by Peter Hardi, Director of the CIBG, and is structured around a screening of DLA Piper’s 45-minute corporate drama, “At What Cost?”

The film is shown in three sections: two 30-minute interactive sessions will discuss parts 1 & 2, with a final discussion to wrap up the event and assess key takeaways. Sessions will be led by:

Nicholas Sarvari, Managing Partner, CNS Risk Dávid Kőhegyi, Senior Associate, Horváth & Partners DLA Piper Davide Torsello, Professor and Corruption Expert, CEU Business School

Registration from 8:30am

The language of the event is English.

The event is free of charge • Refreshments will be served

  • "I have been recently nominated as the Regional IT Manager for West Africa at Unilever. My CEU Business School education has been a key differentiator during an otherwise very competitive recruitment process. I would like to thank all my great peers of the 2013-14 cohort and the wonderful faculty at the B-School for the valuable learning experience I had during my time in BP."
