Our core courses provide a solid foundation and in-depth understanding of key finance concepts.

Laura Ipacs
This course develops an understanding of the key concepts and procedures of corporate financial reporting and control. You will learn to understand financial information, and how financial information is developed, analyzed and used by both corporations and outside stakeholders.

Peter Szilagyi
This course provides a broad understanding of the principles of finance. You will be introduced to asset valuation and the concept of risk versus return, learn about the fundamentals of stock, debt and derivatives markets, and understand how companies make investment, financing and payout decisions.

Business Economics
Ibolya Schindele
This course covers the fundamentals of micro and macroeconomics. The objective of the course is to help you make sound business decisions both as part of a business organization and as an individual who must continually make rational saving and investment decisions.

Investments I & II
Adam ZawadowskiTibor Turner
This course takes you through financial markets, financial instruments, and basic analytical tools and strategies used in investments. The objective is to give you a structural understanding of capital markets and products. The course uses real life examples using a live Bloomberg terminal, and concludes with a visit to a bank’s dealing room.
