Talk-A-Bot, a start-up venture team in the CEU Business School InnovationsLab, was selected by Viber as an official “Preferred Enabling Partner” of Viber’s new Public Accounts chatbot platform.

Viber, a cross-platform instant messaging and Voice-over-IP with over 800 members, announced inauguration of Public Accounts, a new marketing and services account format for businesses and brands for communicating with Viber users. Public Accounts will encourage the use of third-party bots—like Talk-A-Bot—will provide the tools for bot developers

Talk-A-Bot has already built its own demo bot and has received orders from major clients, which will go live in a few weeks.

Talk-A-Bot is a startup founded in 2016 to meet the increasing demand for business-oriented chatbots. There’s Facebook Messenger and its 1 billion users, there's Viber and its 800 million users, and then there are companies that would like to talk to such users. With Talk-A-Bot solutions, firms can use such communication platforms to generate real business value. Talk-a-Bot’s goal is to enable companies to communicate with customers in a very personal manner via intuitive and automated chat-leveraging technologies, creative marketing and existing knowledge of customers.
