The migration of labour to the digital world is a trend that separated our society from the physical world. The makers movement reunites these two worlds and encourages students, entrepreneurs as well as hobby-technologist to develop and spread their innovative inventions with the world.

With all the resources now available over the Internet, simply everyone can participate
in creating their own devices. Creations and inventions that were developed by
individuals in their homes or garages and never existed like this before got incorporated and made available on a global scale. European Maker Week is a celebration of makers and innovators all over Europe.

Our idea:
Bring together makers, future makers, professionals and interested persons to create an atmosphere of exchanging ideas and networking, while discovering stunning innovations in 3D-printing and robotics from Budapest.

  • "I have been recently nominated as the Regional IT Manager for West Africa at Unilever. My CEU Business School education has been a key differentiator during an otherwise very competitive recruitment process. I would like to thank all my great peers of the 2013-14 cohort and the wonderful faculty at the B-School for the valuable learning experience I had during my time in BP."
