Students and Faculty are blogging about their CEU experience!

Our students and faculty are taking the initiative and creating blogs, which are informative as well as fun. So please feel free take a deep and unfiltered dive into what our students think about the CEU MBA.

CEU B-School MBAs in NYC

Our MBA class is visiting NYC in May and June 2015. They are learning about NYC’s transformation into a global and entrepreneurial city and into a hub for startups in analytics, sustainability, bio-medical and education. They are discovering in NYC new ways to think about management and to run organizations, and develop novel ways to adapt these ideas back in Budapest and after they graduate in July. Here is these students' blog about their learning experience.

The Storyteller - as told by one our our EMBA students

In our EMBA program which started in March 2014, one member of this group, Sameer Saran started a blog to chronicle his EMBA journey. Here is what he found...

 The World of Finance

See our Faculty blog related to the MSc in Finance Program: One of our leading Accounting and Finance faculty, Professor Laura Ipacs, has created this blog:

"Espresstories: Finance teaching around the globe."

The Energy SCEE

Dr.  Michael LaBelle is a professor at the Central European University Business School and in the Department of Environmental Sciences and Policy in Budapest Hungary. He teaches courses on sustainability and energy policy.

The blog aims to provide a grounded perspective on the energy sector in Central Eastern and Southeast Europe. Michael LaBelle critically analyzes (sometimes with humor) the every day events affecting Hungary, the Southern Gas Corridor, the shale gas ‘revolution’, and the transition to a sustainable energy system, while emphasizing deeper processes involving security of supply, strategy, innovation and governance.

  • "I have been recently nominated as the Regional IT Manager for West Africa at Unilever. My CEU Business School education has been a key differentiator during an otherwise very competitive recruitment process. I would like to thank all my great peers of the 2013-14 cohort and the wonderful faculty at the B-School for the valuable learning experience I had during my time in BP."
